The first session of Momentum began August of 2021. However, this program has been in development for years and in our hearts even longer. We might be at the beginning of this journey, but we know this program is going to be long lasting, it’s effects lasting even longer.

Momentum provides exceptional support and guidance to help prepare young adults for their future. We believe in empowering these struggling adults to uncover and utilize their full potential. In doing so, we produce real-life results that help jumpstart the process for living an independent, productive, and meaningful life.

The Momentum Program is located on the St. Anthony School campus in Carrollton, TX.

We welcome motivated young adults from anywhere and everywhere! While we currently operate on the St. Anthony School campus, participants in the the Momentum program do not have to be former students of the St. Anthony School.

Yes! We would love to show you around. Give us a call at 214-443-1227 or email admissions@thestanthonyschool.com to schedule a tour.

The Momentum Program is designed to allow time for other productive opportunities during the week. Students enrolled in the Momentum Program either attend college courses or work/volunteer on off days (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

Many colleges offer Workforce Certificate Programs that prepare young adults with the  necessary skills and qualifications to jump right into vocational opportunities. The Momentum team will help evaluate which path is most beneficial for your student.

Examples of Workforce Certificate Programs:  Cybersecurity, Computer Networking, Veterinary Technician, Tech Trades (Welding/AC/Electrician), etc.

Students are enrolled in the Momentum Program one semester at a time in order to best monitor their progress and facilitate the most appropriate learning experiences. While we operate on a semesterly system, students may participate in multiple sessions of Momentum so long as the program continues to serve them.

Momentum students are given a daily planner and binder not only to keep information safe, but also to develop organizational skills. Students should bring a personal laptop or tablet as well for independent study, job research and application, or group project activities. Momentum students are responsible for bringing their own lunch, except on days when the group cooks a meal together.
